First off, I AM a Zaxby's customer. I buy a meal at Zaxby's probably four times a week. I frequent three or four different stores regularly and never have an issue unless I am at this location. This one happens to be between my work and my house, so it is unfortunate that it is so difficult to get good service at this store.

I don't know what is wrong with this place. Absolutely aweful service. Everyone working here is on their own time and does not care about anything. 30 minutes for a order of chicken fingers and a grilled cheese, come on. And who in their right mind, covers the outside of a grilled cheese sandwich with salt. Excessive amounts of salt never again.good luck if you go here
I had the chicken club and it was very delicious enjoyed my meal with my friend excellent customer service and good management I always enjoy my food when I go there thank you all
