The morning team really sucks here. When I found out they do not fill your drink to the top when asked for light ice, that was ok. But PAYING for extra food & condiments & receiving bad service for it is where it becomes a problem. I asked for extra boba & paid 60 cents for it, this is not EXTRA & it’s an issue. Next time I will ask for a manager & address the problem.
Really long drive through tome
6pm today I Ordered 3 cheeseburgers no mustard, no pickles, add mayonnaise, extra onions and 2 large drinks. I didn't get any onions at all. The burgers looked like they had wiped the mustard off and slapped mayo on, the buns were stale and hard, as well as the cheese on it. Every burger was thrown out. Waste of my time and money. This location just lost my business because there is always something wrong with my order or it's the rude attitudes with the staff
