I’m writing this review to give kudos to an employee who went above and beyond tonight. Because of Zeta there was widespread power outages around Sandy Springs/Dunwoody. I pulled up to this Wendy’s to see nothing but a long line wrapped around a building and thought I’m going to be here forever. i been to this Wendy's several times this is the nicest one i always keep comming back.
I would like to extend a HUGE Thank You to Kelly and her team for the exceptional service I received during my drive-thru visit today. Note, the issue was with the AI ordering system, not the team. I informed Kayla , the cashier, about the order not being captured correctly , and she promptly brought over the manager. Together, they confirmed my correct order, ensured it was prepared, bagged, and handed to me efficiently.
