For some reason it's getting worse and worse with chipotle, if you ask for the same sauce that you put in bowl on side, they charge you 1.50 extra, I mean it's literally the same sauce in the bowl. And the quantity had gone down drastically even though the price increased, Moe's is a much better option and they don't charge for the chips there
I placed an order online and inputted the name for each item (as it showed the option). Instead of the staff writing the names on each order they put numbers, with no indication on what the items were. We had to unfortunately determine what was inside each bowl ordered by forking through to see ingredients for bowl orders, which was over 12 orders.
