Ruscello at Nordstrom is a hidden gem. The food is amazing and full of flavor. Popular dishes include the calamari, spinach artichoke dip, pepperoni pizza, truffle pizza, Brussel sprouts, crab cakes, tomato soup, lobster bisque, grilled cheese, turkey club, French dip, hamburger, pasta, salmon, and salad. The spinach artichoke dip reigned supreme. The bread pudding dessert is phenomenal. The breakfast and lunch menu offer a variety of robust options. The food is savory and leaves customers satisfied. The staff is fabulous. Servers Che and Shay are amazing, full of warmth, charm, and attention, providing a 5 star experience. The hostess station offers a warm welcome. Chef Bennie Terry’s culinary skills and the prep line are amazing. Customers will be back.
