My experience dining at Ruscello, the restaurant inside Nordstrom at Perimeter, has been nothing short of exceptional. As someone who travels frequently for work and has dined at Nordstrom restaurants across various locations, I can confidently say that this particular establishment is the best I have ever tried. One dish that stands out to me is The soup of the day, prepared by Chef Bennie, this dish was truly a standout dish that left a lasting impression on me. As soon as I took my first spoonful, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. The fish soup was rich, flavorful, and incredibly well-seasoned, with a depth of flavor that I had never experienced before. What truly set this soup apart was the perfectly sized pieces of fish that were scattered throughout the broth. Each bite was a delightful combination of tender fish, aromatic herbs, and savory broth that left me craving more. I found myself savoring every spoonful, trying to dissect the complex layers of flavor that Chef Bennie had expertly crafted. The soup was so exceptional that I couldn't help but inquire about the chef behind this culinary masterpiece. When Chef Bennie came out to greet me, I was eager to express my admiration for his talent and skill in the kitchen. His passion for cooking was evident in the way he spoke about his dishes, and I could see why every meal at Ruscello was prepared with such care and precision. In a world where good soup can be hard to come by, Chef Bennie’s fish soup at Ruscello was a revelation. It was a true testament to his culinary expertise and creativity, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to taste such a phenomenal dish. This experience only reaffirmed my belief that Ruscello at Nordstrom Perimeter is a dining destination like no other, where every dish is a work of art crafted with passion and dedication. As someone who frequents 5-star restaurants for business meetings, I can confidently say that Ruscello at Nordstrom Perimeter surpasses them all. Chef Bennie’s culinary skills are truly top-tier, and his commitment to perfection shines through in every dish he prepares. The staff at Ruscello are always friendly and attentive, making each visit a pleasure from start to finish. In conclusion, Ruscello at Nordstrom Perimeter is a culinary gem that should not be missed. The combination of outstanding food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a standout dining destination. I look forward to my next visit and indulging in Chef Bennie’s exquisite creations once again.

Service was extremely slow and subpar. Had to retrieve my own straws from bar. A waiter was literally running around the restaurant as if he was a fairy. The wait was so long for a cup of soup, I cancelled the order. Just expected more I guess from a restaurant located within Nordstrom.

Check your receipts and save them. They added an $10 extra in tip, but I threw away the receipt so I can't dispute with my credit card.

We have loved Ruscellos in the past. So, to see how far it's gone downhill was shocking. Our waitress appeared to be as high as a kite. We originally ordered teas and the buratta appetizer. She initially brought us the wrong drinks but got those corrected. After about 15 minutes, our appetizer arrived. The portion size of the appetizer filled the same plate it had in the past, but instead of the big ball of fresh burratta, it was mostly toast shrivled tomatoes and three skimpy pieces of store bought mozzarella. We then ordered two french dip sandwiches. We waited 30 minutes! Then the waitress came back over and asked if we were only having the burratta and were we ready for our check. We reminded her we hadn't gotten our sandwiches yet. And she says Oh! She leaves, types into the computer for a few minutes, and then goes into the kitchen. After 10 or 15 more minutes, I see her standing beside a fellow we can only assume at this point was the manager. She then pops over to our table and tells us the manager has zeroed out our bill, but we can still leave her a tip. Shocked, I asked what had happened and if she had change. She said... I can try to find some, and babbled something about why do we care why they didn't charge us. Then, my husband pulls out a ren and gives it to her. She looked at me and informed me that was what the tip should be. We had no intention of leaving that, but we decided to go because it wasn't worth any further interaction with her. The manager or our waitress never explained what happened to our sandwiches. I was beyond disappointed!

The food was wonderful. What I didn't like is they brought out champagne since we were celebrating two birthdays at lunch but no one ordered it so I assumed it was in the house. However when the bill came it was $48. I didn't want to complain in front of others but hate when restaurants do this - not cool.

Horrible service! This was my second time attempting to get lunch and trying to give benefits of doubt. I was seated very quickly however, it took the server about 30 minutes to acknowledge us this is with me asking to get her attention. Frequently the server came to confirm our order; I thought that was very strange. When the food came in, it wasn’t what I asked for. It turned out they treated the customer same was they treated our table; she ended up leaving and very upset.Horrible horrible horrible. The food wasn’t that great either. I will not go back there again. The crew need couching and the manager needs to be fired; easy solution

I'm Canadian and have never been able to have a cocktail in a department store before. I certainly didn't expect to have one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. Leslie was a spectacular server, I love Georgia !

Visited here last week and had the worst experience. We sat down & requested a Shirley temple… the server (my receipt says her name was Frances) gave every excuse as to why she couldn’t make it because “the bar is closed & I would have to look around for the ingredients”. You mean to tell me, it would be difficult to find some grenadine??? I requested lemonade, which was terrible. My friend requested ginger ale, which was all seltzer. When I told the server the lemonade was very tart, she giggled. Our food came out and was VERY subpar. The waitress finally came back around and I told her that I really couldn’t stomach the lemonade. She abruptly cut me off, stating that she’ll remove it and walked away without letting me request a different drink. She never even brought water to the table, nor offered any. 0 out of 10, do not recommend. I hate paying money when treated poorly. We’ll never eat here again!

My first and LAST here at this restaurant. Server was slow and this is during lunchtime. I order the Shrimp Scampi and this is what I got, a freaking pizza. I will never come here again… Absolute garbage!!!

Ordered the filet mignon medium well. Blood was rushing out in the gravy. Spinach and potatoes were cold. Although my granddaughter enjoyed her meal. Service was adequate. We had to ask the server for bread.

I love how this place was hidden in the store! Very discreet. The ambiance was very quiet and peaceful. The service was great too. Not many people were inside. Unfortunately the food was not great . For starters... my margarita pizza had fully cut, thick tomatoes on it..... everyone knows that that is not how you make a margarita pizza. I could literally pull off the tomatoes and I am not a tomato fan. So o was definitely disappointed. It was more of an oily cheese pizza. The bread was very soft though. I loved the Caesar salad! Wish I would have gotten and bigger plate and just ate that as my meal. My friend ended up getting some pasta with shrimp. It was good, not great. I did wish there was a different pasta it came with and not just spaghetti.. overall I wouldn't go back. But I'm happy to know that it is there!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Entire staff is highly unprofessional and I work in another department at this location. There is never anyone in the front whenever I’m placing an order. Today I was informed that my food was burnt twice 30 minutes before closing by the kitchen in efforts to get the restaurant closed in a timely fashion (exactly what I was told by the bartender). I was disappointed by the experience because every other guest in the restaurant and at the bar received their food fast and without problems. As someone who works in the same vicinity, I expect the same level of customer service as a stranger. I will never eat here again.

Great lunch while shopping at Ruscello. The daily flatbread was pepperoni and mushroom and my friend and I shared that for lunch along with a salad. A welcome respite from the busy store.
