Good customer service but my fries tasted like they had been sitting there for 15 minutes.
This location is too crowded most of the time. Drive thru is wrapped around the building most times.
I come to this location frequently and do carry out. It’s absolutely ridiculous the carry out orders are placed in an employee only area. Basically everytime I order ahead carry out I go in and have to stand for 5 mins while my food is sitting there because an employee isn’t acknowledging me. What’s the point of ordering ahead to beat the crowd if I have to stand there waiting for my food that is already available
