Piece of Cake’s Team and customer service is awesome! There was a question about a delivery to a client in an office building not being received, but Piece of Cake took care of it within the same afternoon. I have a happy client and I am a happy customer!
Went in to check out their cupcakes…..walked out with 2 cupcakes and 3 slices of vanilla cake!!! Im so glad they had samples out, because the vanilla cake was 10/10…..and the red velvet taste rich and all of it so soft🥰
My coworkers recently purchase a birthday cake for me from here and i absolutely loved it! It was the confetti take and it was so soft and delicious. I actually had to go the store that following week because I was craving the cake. 😂 definitely recommend getting this cake for birthdays or any other occasion!

The cake is moist and the frosting is delicious. Customers' favorite flavors are white chocolate, caramel, and orange. The restaurant offers a special deal on Tuesdays - buy one slice, get one half off. While the chocolate cake could be a bit more fudgy and dark, the Oreo and Strawberry cakes are also favorites. The poundcakes are quite good as well. The cakes are always fresh, making Piece of Cake a go-to choice for special occasions.
Customers describe the overall experience as great, with phenomenal customer service. The friendly staff are helpful, such as letting customers know about rewards programs. The reasonable prices and welcoming atmosphere ensure customers will return.
