But the speed and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. The “Chick Fil a” of non Chick Fil A places. I believe a guy named Paul has some sort of authoritative role here and needs to be recognized by the city of Smyrna.“

“I just had one of the best experiences at my local Subway, and I had to share it.
In a time where so many places have lost what made them special, this location truly keeps the original spirit of Subway alive. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in what they do—but what really makes this place stand out is the people.
The owner is incredibly kind and hands-on, making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their business and the community they serve. There was also a female employee working who was just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Together, they created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional.
On top of that, the freshness and quality of the ingredients were outstanding. The vegetables were crisp and vibrant, the bread was perfectly baked, and everything was prepared with care. It honestly reminded me of how Subway used to be—the kind of place where you could count on a consistently great, made-to-order sandwich every single time.

“Great drive thru service always!! Nikeria, Latrina and one other young lady were fabulous in helping me make a few decisions with my order…..loved my cheesy beef roll-up with special additions. They were super friendly and had great attitudes. Much appreciated after a long week at work. Food always good.“

“I went to this DQ today around 12:30 pm. I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings. The guy at the drive thru window was nice and professional. He handed me the bag and it was filled to the top. I thought “this burger must be huge.” When I got home I took out the onion rings, then the burger and under the burger was 10 plastic caps? Maybe for soda or something. Not sure what they are but kind of gross that the caps/ garbage were in with my food. Ugh. I still like the place even though I think they could have better customer service.“

“The service and accuracy for this Wendy’s is a bright spot for the franchise!! Though I don’t get Wendy’s often, whenever there is a craving in the family and I go pick it up, we all typically prepare ourselves for a mediocre customer experience and a 50/50 shot that the order is accurate. However, This location has always been pleasant and never failed to have the order hot, fast, and correct!“

Haven't been to this Taco Bell in a very long time because I just didn't like the food that much because it always tasted like old grease. The people were friendly. We used the drive thru. It's a small parking area but the drive thru moved quickly.“
