“I decided to write a review for this specific location because they have set a standard for me. The place is always well kept and clean. The staff is pleasant, and the overall atmosphere is great. The two young ladies that work most of the lunch rush and early evening always greet you with a smile. That goes a long way for the person who has had a rough day.“
“I like this Subway. My food has always been good, and the employees are always nice. I'm very picky about exactly which food items go on my sandwich, and the staff never roll their eyes at my "the cucumbers to the left" and "can I get the peppers toward the back?" requests. It's a great lunch spot during a busy work day and much cheaper than ordering Grubhub. The parking lot is horrendous, though. I recommend going at 1 or later.“
“First time getting a chance to visit. We've been by two or three times to find the shop closed for some reason. Anyway, I opted for a smoked turkey club on ciabatta bread with hummus and a blood orange soda. A welcome change to the normal large chain shops.“
“.....I stepped in to get a sandwich ....and while I stepped to the side to wait for my business to text me his order 25 construction workers walked in fron of me.....I was gonna just leave but I stayed in line....it was only 2 ladies behind the counter...taking orders....working the drive-thru and the phone....when I tell you they knocked it out of the park!!!!!......everyone got their food and I received mine with no problems and while I was prepared to sit and wait 35 mins they had me up outta there in 15......great job ladies wish I knew your names.....“
“They need to put meat on the bread two times one on mabelton in Austell I barely could taste the meat I like subway and hopefully they will get training to put some meat on them instead of just bread and vegetables. I feel like they give the meat to who they want to give it to. Cause I haven't been satisfied the last to time. And I know they can't put to much but my sandwich when I got home was redulicious.Parking: It's always somewhere to park when I go to subway.“
“I love that Firehouse offers 3 size for your sandwich. My go to is the Engineer. The Hook and Ladder is my husband's favorite with honey mustard. I recently tried the New York Steamer and I didn't enjoy it as much as the Engineer. The bread is amazing!! The meats melt in your mouth. The veggies are always fresh. I also love that they offer more than just chips for the side. I'm looking forward to trying the soup and Mac and cheese. Firehouse has its own Cherry Limeade which comes four different ways. It's very sweet !! The server recommended the Minute Maid Aqua Fresca in Strawberry Limon and it was perfect. Our service was quick and friendly. I'd never been inside a firehouse. The restaurant was very clean and spacious.“

I tried the subways on cobb pkwy and one of the the sandwich maker there had a hair bow around her wrist that repeatedly tapped the sandwiches as she made them, I digress this one on concord rd is the best they are clean and make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be made not sloppy and hair bow friction free.“
