“There are really not enough words to describe how great Sheilla is. I have gone into this location twice where she was working by herself and she was so fast, kind, and efficient. She got the line down quickly and kept a smile on her face the whole time even though I’m sure the crowd was overwhelming. A new employee came in during one of my visits and he was so nervous, but the way that Sheilla guided him was truly impressive. I am not sure who owns this establishment, but please do everything in your power to keep Sheilla. She is a true asset to this Subway and I am so impressed by her. Great employees are hard to find and she is one of the best. She is doing an awesome job and deserves praise.“

“Me, My girlfriend and our 10 month old daughter came here for lunch. While we were eating the manager came out and offered our daughter a cookie which was really kind of him. This is the best customer service I've gotten from a subway. Their entire staff was extremely kind and friendly. We definitely recommend this subway. The food was good also.“

“It was a crisp Tuesday afternoon when I stumbled into this Subway. I was hungry and driving on the road when I looked to my right and saw this Subway shop on the corner. I pulled into the parking lot and when I walked in I was kindly greeted by this young worker named Karen. At first I had my doubts of a teenager making my sandwich but I was quickly proven wrong. I wasn’t really feeling a turkey sandwich so instead I went with the veggie delight. Karen was very nice and profesional. It was so refreshing to see a worker with a positive attitude. No wonder the slogan says “Eat fresh”. I treated myself to one of the cookies they have at the counters. I think it was a little undercooked but nonetheless delicious. Overall I had a really good experience at this Subway“

“I placed a mobile pick up order, I was super satisfied with the food/service I received. When I entered the store the woman working was super polite and chill! I didn’t get a chance to see her name as my order was ready so I quickly picked it up and left. Not only was my order done early but it was perfection. The food looked and tasted great! “My fiancé heard about this place from a friend, and we happened to be in the area today and decided to give it a try! Parking wasn't bad as the parking deck was free to park in and easy to navigate. He had the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, and I had the Buffalo Chicken Chessesteak. We ordered the giant sub's and they are GIANT! They're longer than 1ft. (Subway goes up to 1ft.) but not quite 2ft. Maybe, 16in. or so? Anywho, the food was amazing. Very fresh, and the BEST sub's we've had in a very long time! It can get kind of pricey depending on what you order but in my opinion the amount of food and the quality of the food is SO worth it. We would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for something new to try, and we will be back again as soon as possible! Tl;dr: 5 out of 5 stars for the food, 4-4.5 stars for the location. It's easy to find and get to, but the building is very small, so be prepared in case you have to sit outside to eat (thankfully when we went it wasn't super crowded). Other than that, it was awesome.“

“I have been to this location a couple times and have always had a good experience. Couple of days ago, I was in the area and decided to stop for lunch. A special call out for the young man, on his 3rd day working and I happen to be his first sub customer. I could tell he was a bit nervous preparing his first sub, but was excited to work, excited to see customers and eager to learn the process. I have to say that the sub was as great as the young man’s attitude! Job well done!“

“This review is regarding the Chicken Meatball Sub.....I did not like the sauce....it was WAY TOO SWEET.
I usually get the "create your own".....and make it with their Smoked Turkey.....DELICIOUS!. I prefer the smoked turkey....rather than oven roasted or just plain turkey.

“I went in early morning and the employee greeted me and worked quickly and efficiently. The tables and floor were clean. The food was great other than the fact that they only had four chip types but otherwise great. Reasonably priced as well. I'll be coming back here next time I want a quick meal and want a neat atmosphere.“

Using Subway as comparison, in some ways it's better, in some worse.Pros:* Better Meat. They carve it right there after you order. Juicier and more flavorful.* Decent Bread. Similar variety with some differences, like rosemary parm.* Philly Theme. Cheeses tweaks, far better and grilled fresh* Bacon. You thought Subway had bacon, but no. This stuff is crisp, flavorful... I mean, your fimgers will smell like bacon for hours. Splendiferous.Cons:* Veggies. A third of the variety of Subway. Just the most basic stuff, like lettuce, tomatoes, onions.* Cheese: Same problem. I'm not sure they even have a second kind. That's because they sorta encourage you to have default toppings.Local Store:The regular staff is friendly, enthusiastic at their job, and competent. But they seem to have a high turnover, so they usually are training someone, who then makes mistakes. So it's a great place if you identify the skilled worker, and keep your eye on the trainee for mistakes.“

It's actually the customers who are the problem in this particular area. They come in not knowing what they want, act like they never been to a Subway in their lives which is ridiculous, bring in mumble mouth kids who can't speak or articulate, want free food, pile on veggies on their subs and are mad when it's messy, don't accept the fact that this location doesn't accept all coupons because... NEWS FLASH...This isn't a corporate store so it doesn't have to accept the coupons, Customers come in a take FOREVER while forgetting that Subway IS fast food. Know what you want...order.. and leave. Anything extra is the CUSTOMERS fault. This location doesn't put up with tantrums and people who needs psychiatric help. If you got an attitude and can't function in public while these nice people make your food...GO somewhere else. And please don't waste y'all's time complaining. The staff is just going to laugh at you when you leave and nobody is going to get reprimanded or fired. Hard workers are hard to find but rude customers are abundant. Get over yourselves.

“I read the other reviews before coming. Was hesitant. I knew that the only way you could test it was to go and try them out for myself. Had a great experience. Came on a Monday around 7:00pm. Two you get ladies there. Both super nice and efficient. Got the spinach wrap. Was made perfectly. Fresh produce. Area was clean and no shoppers or random people hanging around in the subway. Nothing bad to say about this place.“

“I love love Jersey Mikes and this store is normally great. I decided to let them cater a party for me. I called before I headed over and they thought my party was the day before. I picked up my 2 boxes of subs and toppings. I asked for toppings to be put on subs. But instead they said they put toppings in containers. I got home and the lettuce was brown and not enough for 4 subs much less 12 subs, not enough onions or tomatoes so we had to run to Publix. So disappointing, I thought I did not have to do anything. I really feel I got the subs they had made the day before, so sad especially after what I paid.

“I love the cheesesteak sub! I ordered it all the time. However, sadly that will now come to an end… I’m not a Karen and understand when a restaurant makes a small mistake here and there. However, several times when I ordered the cheesesteak I simply asked for mayo and that it be cut in half. It was not done unless I was there in store when I ordered…yesterday I ordered for lunch and used the app but really wanted my instructions seen so I put it under special instructions and beside my name. I picked up my sub and went back to my job…I opened my sandwich to find so much mayo I couldn’t eat it. Nice. It was all over the package, pouring out of sandwich etc. So, I won’t be ordering here again. Thank you for the past delicious subs I received.“

“If you aren't familiar with jersey mikes, they make the best subs for a franchise. Being originally from Jersey, the taste is what I would expect. Great bread, good meats and toppings. This particular location is also great, they never messed up my order, never were out of ingredients, and my orders were done on time.“
