The service by the owner was below par. His attitude was awful. He was not pleasant to speak with at all. There was never an apology... just excuses for my inconvenience. Bread was stale and food was not tasty. Customer service truly needs to be taught. Will not return... honestly... don't think I'll do subway again. This incident confirmed it.
I understand busy but when customer oders online and the manager has a new trainee and the manager doesn't make online orders priority when customers are given a pick up time... Thats not good manager skills. May have yaoe my busy elsewhere restrooms been pretty nasty lately as well....

Me, My girlfriend and our 10 month old daughter came here for lunch. While we were eating the manager came out and offered our daughter a cookie which was really kind of him. This is the best customer service I've gotten from a subway. Their entire staff was extremely kind and friendly. We definitely recommend this subway. The food was good also.
