“6/7/24 evening and I'm going for a sub. I have an anxiety/panic disorder and I forgot my medicine today and just happened to start a full panic. So halfway there I almost turn around. I'm not even 2 miles from the shop but Friday, rush hour, plus I'm over the lake so no delivery.I've dealt this with for over a decade so I just held my left arm and decided to finish the trip. I get there and there's a couple finishing a large order and some others. I get up to place my order with Jake. A special order because I'm oddly picky but it was all easily done. Also new so I don't want to be weird but then not get a sandwich I enjoy either.In the midst of ordering we're chatting and then I'm paying and out the door. When I was in my car I realized I wasn't panicking. Now it takes an hour or more for my medicine to work and no doctor, not even my wife, can calm me down so I just cope and remember I'm not dying. This is the 1st time I've been calmed down without medicine in just however long it took me to drive 1.7 miles in traffic.It's an emotional support Jimmy John's!! Like what the crazy just happened ? Came in for a sammie, left with peace of mind... I got a couple onions in a cup so my dog didn't get a hold of any. I am so stuffed and my little 10 pounder must be too because she's lounging like a cat.In food coma heaven. People in front were having fun, chill vibe here. Made super fast with all my "fixins" all special like. I don't even realize I'm not eating chips which is the only way I've eaten a sandwich for +/-40 years. “This place is delicious! You have gain a long time customer. The service is always exceptional and the cashiers are always friendly. I will definitely be coming again soon. Plus the chicken salads are always fresh. Sometimes they don’t put enough crackers, but that is an easy fix. Fancy Nancy and Cranberry Kelli are my favorite. Also those chicken salads are great for people who are lactose intolerant.“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

Restaurant was packed but I had have the Memphian again! Staff working hard to get customers served. Considering how busy they were, I received my dine in order fairly quickly. Once again, I loved the sandwhich.

1st time visit on Saturday September 26, 2025 at about 12:15 pm. Ordered to-go. $24.00 dollar order.

I would like to preface by saying the food was excellent - Memphian and Turkey BLT.

Was surprised to see no one dining in and that I was never greeted. The counter employees didn't really seem happy to be working or that they had a customer in their presence. Rule #1 - acknowledge the presence of a customer and make them feel welcome.

“😃 I expect good service to be the norm, not the exception. And the real test of a company is how they handle it when something goes wrong. We got a Honeybaked Ham for Easter, and when I opened it up on Easter morning, I saw it had been tampered with. Several slices where missing and all the crunchy stuff had been pulled off! The next morning, I called the Kennesaw, GA location where I purchased the ham and was told I'd need to come in person and speak with the manager. Fair enough. It took me a week to get around to it, but when I got there, the young manager was so polite. I didn't have the order number with me, but he said "Don't worry, I remember waiting on you before Easter. Let me get you another ham, or would you like a store credit?" I told him another ham would be great. He got it, opened it up to let me see it, and then proceeded to get a sampler box of their new mini bundt cakes and said "I'm really sorry this happened, please take these cakes too." I left happy enough to take the time to post about this! Great job!“

The only reason I don't come more often is the price.I wish we could get "healthy sandwiches" at more affordable prices.My son and I ate here, 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, 2 drinks and a shared desert... plus tip... for $40. That's $20 a person. I could do this only when I have gift cards, as I can't afford it on my regular budget.I typically look for places to eat at around $5 a person or less, which is never a healthy option! So outings like this is a special treat.“
