Everytime I go there they are friendly and quick.
Matthew talked with me about manga and anime while I ate and it was the best! Excellent customer service. 😄
First time here since I don't have one in my local area. Great customer service and food hit the spot. I'm definitely coming back to this location if I'm ever around the area.

Jimmy John's, a popular sandwich shop, is known for its exceptional customer service and delicious subs. Customers praise the staff's ability to promptly address any issues, such as correcting a mistaken order, and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. The sandwiches are consistently well-prepared, with the exception of one customer's complaint about receiving a sub with less meat than expected.
