Will definitely be contacting corporate. This is unacceptable. How can management see all these bad reviews and not see that there’s something truly wrong with their staff. Waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes to then be told that our drive-through mobile order had to be picked up inside when inside they had no coleslaw. Nobody knew how to process a mobile order. my order is always missing items, so I went through it this time, told them what items j was missing and they proceeded to argue with me and say I had them. the wait is terrible and they do not even have all the items on the menu. this location is trash. associates are rude.
