Extremely displeased with the dishonesty and laziness at this Popeyes. I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal and was told $11.12, when the menu clearly states $8.99 (plus tax). Then he changed it to $10.49. I asked why is he overcharging me more than what the board says? He said it's just what the computer says. A real janky heavy accented dishonest man. Look at these nuggets... look how tiny they are. Such poor presentation of food and you lied and scammed me out of money for this?! They never include a honey for the dry biscuit, never ask what sauce or condiments you need then get agitated when you request this, but they owe me at least a $1 plus tax refund but when I went back through the line 2 vehicles in front wouldn't scoot further up. This is why people snap at fast food eateries. The dishonesty and laziness of employees, not to mention they get to charge whatever prices they want for the menu, probably pocketing money for themselves. Horrible food and even worse service. Never again!

I was at this place this day, the service was super terrible, I ordered my food to go and waited like 30 minutes just because they didn't have chicken and I mean the place wasn't busy. The manager just didn't do anything nor did she care about my orderAnd the chicken was good but not really as usual.I hope Popeyes fix this place and receive better service next time, I'm very disappointed

Absolute garbage wait time. Why even place a mobile order. Placed it in kennesaw and hadn’t even been cooked when I got here. Everyone who came in after me has got their food. It’s just classic Popeyes experience. Don’t know why I expected it to be different

The service isn't the best. I mean the food is good depending on when you go. I remember one time I went and we were ordering and the guy told us that everyone walked out and he was the only one inside and he said he isn't cooking anything fresh so we left. As much I love Popeyes they need to be cleaner and have a better attitude.

Save yourselves and move on! The chicken sandwich was made with a chicken tender sized piece of sad chicken. The chicken tenders were made with sad nugget size pieces. The ownership clearly does not care. Nothing, and I mean nothing tasted good. Awful experience at this Woodstock location.

One star is too much! Look at the actual photos of yesterday's lunch! The chicken sandwich had a tiny cut piece of chicken barely noticeable in the bun. Yes, they served this to us. The three piece chicken tender meal, the tenders were the size of small nuggets. Popeyes this location is making you look bad on every level. $24.00 later we left never to return, we went to actually go get a real lunch some place else. Shame on this location and management. The chicken was stacked up old under lights, this is not up to standards whatsoever.

They never have everything on the menu. You pay for large sides and it's a regular placed in the large container. They will not have a original 12 of the have to give you half spicy. Let's not take about their drive thru.

We walked in and ordered and put in an order on the app also. I am sorry to be so blunt but the chicken was gross! It had a weird taste. The manager on duty was very nice, he took our order promptly and was polite and had great customer service skills. One of the employees was arguing with him (manager) because he politely asked him to take the drive thru order because he was busy helping us. The employee began saying how he wasn't going to do it and being very disrespectful. For our order on the app they gave us chicken tenders instead of wings and there is a big difference between tenders and wings. We came in at about 545 during dinner time and there wasn't any chicken available. Again the chicken was gross. This is our first time here and we are very disappointed. We have never tasted Popeyes that had that particular taste.
This location has got so bad. They are always out of everything like chicken sandwiches , Mac n cheese and sauces. Plus They refuse to give you a refund when asked for it. Terrible costumer service

My rice was not fully cooked and my biscuit was stale, so I went back to the drive thru at 9:54pm. It wasn’t until 10:04pm that I was helped because the two guys in the drive thru were exchanging numbers with the chicks in the car in front of me. I pulled up to the window and the gay guy IMMEDIATELY gave me a nasty attitude before accusing ME of having an attitude. I had lost my voice, could barely speak, but was very calm. I asked him not to be rude to me and it went from there. Before I knew it he and the guy had thrown the red beans and rice back into the window at me! I’ll be going back with the police!

***update No. 2*** service was much better, wait time exceeded my expectations - I was in and out - and the food was decent**update** changed from 1 to 3 stars because food and wait time was much better.Pretty disappointed in my experience tonight. Never got my food. Waited for 30 minutes. Finally walked inside to get my money refunded and it was pure chaos. Too bad. I was so excited to have a popeyes in the neighborhood.
