Food Was great but what made it even better was the personality of Braydon who was in the window & on the speaker. So if your in woodstock go thru that one and hopefully he'll be as pleasant and funny as he was with me. Great higher don't get rid of him!
I love that it is made healthier than other fast foods, and the service is great
I remember the old steak and steak that had waitresses, people smiling, menu being easier to read and choose from. This steak and shake now is terrible. Everything AI, no smiles from employees, no waitresses and it is basically dead inside it. You even have to scan a QR code to get a refill ... A refill that doesn't cost you so much to just refill a drink cup. I asked for a large cup since they was out and the cook there was not to happy about me asking him to give me a cup.
