I have been to a few Jimmie John sub shops All the sandwiches were great But the one shop that really stands out to me is the Jimmie Johns right off Highway 92 right next to Verizon To me they always make the BEST tasing sandwiches with out fail everything I go there!! Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you guys for doing such a good job! Thank You so much !! Will see you again soon!

This location is HORRIBLE in terms of customer service and quickness of food. Every time I come here I wait for 20-30 min for food. I’ve been in drive thru line for 20 minutes. At this location once you commit to drive thru you can’t get out!! Won’t be coming back!!

I love Jimmy johns, but I absolutely refuse to go back to this location until they have more than 1 person working. It is ridiculous to expect 1 person to deal with the lunch rush at the drive through and making all the sandwiches. Ours were wrong, but I’d been in the drive through line for 30 minutes at that point (with 4 cars in front of me- definitely not freaky fast), and so I just had to throw it away and find something else to eat.

Jimmy John’s still owes me a $10 refund for omitting two sandwiches from my order about 6 weeks ago. They said they were gonna credit me but never did as we were heading to Ellijay and didn’t realize they didn’t include them until we arrived at my folks house. Still love their sandwiches though.

This location is extremely slow every time I go to the drive thru I wait for 15 plus minutes. So today I decided I would try delivery... BIG mistake. After 30 minutes I called to check on my order and they stated it was sitting and waiting to be made. Staff member stated once it was made it would be "right out." It did not show up at my office for another 45 minutes. My office is less then a mile from the location.
