😃 I expect good service to be the norm, not the exception. And the real test of a company is how they handle it when something goes wrong. We got a Honeybaked Ham for Easter, and when I opened it up on Easter morning, I saw it had been tampered with. Several slices where missing and all the crunchy stuff had been pulled off!
