😃 I expect good service to be the norm, not the exception. And the real test of a company is how they handle it when something goes wrong. We got a Honeybaked Ham for Easter, and when I opened it up on Easter morning, I saw it had been tampered with. Several slices where missing and all the crunchy stuff had been pulled off! Expect a formal complaint to be filed! I seriously don’t appreciate waiting in a long line a significant amount of time, only to be told over the phone by one lady that it would be no issue to still be serviced without a pre-order, then the other rude lady to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to be!
