I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit to *Firehouse Subs* 2860-2 East West Connector.

First, the service was outstanding.
Monet the cashier, was exceptionally polite and professional. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Even when she wasn’t busy at the register, she came into the dining area to check on customers and make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I ordered the small Italian sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Monet's service made it even better.“

“I order lunch from this Subway often. I always have a great experience. I use their online ordering service, today I mistakenly ordered 2 sandwiches. “10/10, my tastebuds are forever changed. I got the Nacho Maximus vegetarian style and let me tell you, If Sullys asked me to stand on the street in a pickle outfit I would do it in a second. The bagel was perfect and I went from sitting at my office desk to truly thriving. The pickle was so crunchy it shook the building, and the cookie just topped off the entire meal. Not sure who Sully is or what he steamed but he did it right and I will be back!“
