Never had a problem with this Jimmy John’s until today. I ordered a Turkey Tom with crispy jalapeños. When I got home and opened it there were no crispy jalapeños and they put a spicy mayo on it, which I did not ask for or wanted. Not happy with this order. Guess I’m going to have to check my sandwiches at the store from now on if I go back.

I know JJ’s is a franchise, but I hadn’t tried them until we moved to GA. My son proclaimed them to be his new favorite sandwich shop (he had the Beach Club). We had the Thai Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar (in one of my pictures)and found them prepared well and they tasted great. The place was not busy mid-afternoon and everyone was friendly. Only getting two stars because of the brand. But this location is HORRIBLE!!! Every single staff member from the supervisor down has a real problem understanding the concept of customer service. With the exception of one young man and next time i go back…because i will knowing me…I’m going to ask his name.
