I have been coming to this Moe's for many years. Recently, they added jalapeños to the pico and I cannot eat jalapeños. I didn't know this because you cant see them, and I had to stop eating after one bite because of the pain I was in. They no longer have tomatoes or cucumbers as an option for bowls either. Had a bad experience with the customer service from Alberto, however Janet went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and I left more than satisfied with Janet. She is the only reason I am giving 5 stars and will come back.

I usually love this place, but it seems new management has made things worse. With the constant changing of policies, I am completely disappointed with this Moe's. I ordered on UberEats and did not receive my chips, my order was double knotted and when I called them they said the Uber driver 'probably took them.' My bag was DOUBLE TIED. Poor UBER DRIVER!
