This place has a particular employee that does dope on on his break in the bathroom or any vehicle or around the dumpster and it's extremely upsetting to continue to see this happening and nothing be done about it.

Went to store yesterday and spoke with the owner and informed him how please I was with their store in Hiram and the service me and my wife always receive at that store but I hate to say this this store service was very bad the young gentleman that waited on us acted as if we was bothering him by coming there never said Thank you or even talked to us just poor service from now on no matter were im at I'll only return to the Hiram store

Never had a problem with this Jimmy John’s until today. I ordered a Turkey Tom with crispy jalapeños. When I got home and opened it there were no crispy jalapeños and they put a spicy mayo on it, which I did not ask for or wanted. Not happy with this order. Guess I’m going to have to check my sandwiches at the store from now on if I go back.

On 12-5-23 I placed an order for delivery. I received confirmation of the order and notification that it was out for delivery. After 2 hours of not receiving my order I called for a refund. I was told by Justin that I would be issued a refund in about 3 days. He was professional but never apologized or offered an excuse.After the 3 days passed, I still had no refund. I called the corporate line and the young lady created a claim and said the franchise should reach out to me. I still have no food, refund, or communication as of 12-12-23.

Walked in told the cashier that I wanted a veggie sandwich with no meat ask if they could change their gloves and not prepare the sandwich there ohh she’s clean don’t worry I paid and sat down and said watch the lady didn’t change her gloves and did a sandwich with meat on it told her I am allergic to ohh I did change my gloves why lie when I saw u then I explain to another lady there am bout my allergies and she rolled her eyes noo I’ll take my money back no we will flip the board and change gloves no decline and asked for my moneys back they’re asking what’s the problem it’s you of a customer said they have an allergies and u roll your eyes with an attitude and think I’ll let your energy make my food na am good I heavily explained t you y’all about changing gloves I know u don’t care so I won’t spend my money here

I know JJ’s is a franchise, but I hadn’t tried them until we moved to GA. My son proclaimed them to be his new favorite sandwich shop (he had the Beach Club). We had the Thai Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar (in one of my pictures)and found them prepared well and they tasted great. The place was not busy mid-afternoon and everyone was friendly. It was clean and posted their sanitation training and their “A” health inspection rating. Maybe we got lucky, but we will be back when we are in the neighborhood!

The last two times I ordered food for delivery, I had to cancel my order because 30(+) minutes after the order status said "out for delivery" the food did not get delivered. This time, I had to call the location four times to even get a response. And I still couldn't get an ETA!

Only getting two stars because of the brand. But this location is HORRIBLE!!! Every single staff member from the supervisor down has a real problem understanding the concept of customer service. With the exception of one young man and next time i go back…because i will knowing me…I’m going to ask his name. This is just a please get it together msg because talking to upper management in that location has done nothing. I worked at the church st location when it first opened and I’m really disappointed with the rude interactions I’ve experienced at t the austell road location.

I'm Not a fan of being guilt into leaving a tip when we walked in and placed our order at the counter. It seams the that option should be removed form the register you almost feel if you don't leave a tip what are they going to do to my food. Or they are not paying their employees enough so they have to put that option on there.....I wonder if the employees re claiming them of their taxes??
