Poorest customer service ever on earth. Lied to me that they have napkins in my already clipped bag for an online order. The wrapping of the sub was already messy and imagine no napkins. How much napkins cost. Poor service.
I was told I was being given fresh meatballs for my sandwich because the little batch sitting out was down to it's last and had been out for awhile. I was still given old semihard meatballs and NO fresh one's as was told to me. 🤮 I couldn't even eat my whole sandwich because I was disgusted. Absolutely Unacceptable! Sometimes I go in here and the employees have horrible attitudes.
Was unable to get sandwich for pricing in app. My mistake, should have checked first tho.
