Terrible super slow service, lack of hygiene from employees, supervisor eating in the cook area, cashier touching face and hair while taking orders, zero sense of urgency, little knowledge of job, what a waste of
The food is terrible but the employees. The atmosphere is wonderful but I will not buy no food from there never again I'm a diamond member two burgers with fries two bottles of water 55 dollars And the burghers were horrible needs improvement A.S.A.

Super slow service and using mobile order is a joke. They claim it to be faster because you don't have to wait in line, but it took 2+ hours to get my mobile order. Meanwhile other people in line are going through and getting theirs. The food should be prepared in order as it is placed, not giving priority to those in line.
