crowds stack up at lunch, and the takeout side won’t check whether you’re actually waiting on an order… you’ve gotta be assertive and tell them the name on your order, or you’ll end up standing there forever with your food literally sitting on the counter. the workers are right there doing their jobs, but for whatever reason they don’t stay on top of getting the takeout orders out/in the fridge during rush.

“I had a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Not only did I enjoy a delicious lunch of a ham croissant paired with a drink and broccoli salad, but everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just right. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness.

I also ended up purchasing smoked turkey and cookies to take home, and they did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, well-packaged, and clearly made with care. It’s always a great feeling when the quality you enjoy in-store carries over to what you bring home.

What really made this visit stand out, though, was the team. Antonio, Laila, and Saniyah were absolutely the best! They were welcoming, attentive, and created such a positive atmosphere.

I especially want to highlight Antonio and Saniyah’s professionalism. While I was there, I overheard them assisting another customer who was having an issue with a discount. Even in a potentially frustrating situation, they remained calm, patient, and incredibly respectful. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and did everything they could to assist her. Their tone stayed kind and composed the entire time, and you could tell they genuinely cared about resolving the issue.

That level of customer service does not go unnoticed. It made a great experience even better, and it’s exactly why I will be returning and recommending this location to others.

I have lived in Sandy Springs for approximately two years. I have celiac disease and know that I am safe to eat at this establishment; Furthermore, I was in the hospital last week and called Breadwinner because I had gotten glutened twice while in the hospital, as I was there for an extended period of time, I was fearful that I could not eat from the hospital. I called Breadwinner, the manager, Kristen answered the phone. I had never met her before and she offered to pack up food for me and deliver it to the hospital; she did just that.

This is a rarity, and I feel very blessed to have this establishment nearby. I encourage all to support Breadwinner, Sandy Springs.

The teamwork and employees behind the counter were Excellent
Chicken Salad sub was Very Good-would try it again
Generous portion of chicken and all the items I added to the sandwich made it quite a good meal
I observed an employee cleaning up tables after guests exited
I also heard a lot of ‘welcome in’ remarks from the crew

“I stopped by the Peachtree Corners store 6/12/25, ordered a couple cheesesteaks to go. Justin was on the grill. I just wanted to say how great they were ! 1st. As you walk in, you can see everything, nothing hidden. The kitchen is very clean. I ordered 2 because they're not pricey. Thinking they would be small. WRONG ! They are good size with a good amount of steak&cheese that is done right ! Thank you JUSTIN, you are the man !“

“Came into this location recently and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. The cashier Erica was very helpful and recommended me the potato soup, which has become my go-to! It is shared with a Dunkin Donuts, so you also have all the wonderful DD food and drinks, but the JJ sandwiches are definitely the best in the area. The staff have always been friendly and professional. They aren’t the fastest Jimmy Johns I’ve been to, but I assume it takes a little longer to prepare the sandwiches with love. Service was great, food is way better than Subway. A 6 inch sandwich here is equivalent to a footlong at Subway in terms of quantity.

The meats and cheeses are fresh sliced, even a couple of veggies were sliced per sandwich.

My daughter was hesitant, but now she is sold.

I grabbed the triple-decker club, and it was fantastic—piled high with meats, stacked just right, and seriously tasty. Honestly couldn’t believe it was under $8.
