Best place to get a sandwich in the area. Yes, even better than la Madeleine across the street which gives terrible service. Rising Roll takes care of you and has a huge menu of choices for both breakfast and lunch. My favorite is the French Dip sandwich. They're on the Terrace level of the 7000 building, and you can enjoy your sandwich with great outdoor scenery.
