I've visited various tree lots over the years for my trees, the service always left a lot to be desired. Not Big John's, though!! This lot is located in the Cambridge Square shopping center. I took a chance, visiting later at night. They have Frasier, Douglas, and Scottish pine trees. At the front of the lot, you have wreaths and big red bows on display, as well. We went in and ordered two giant subs. Kela was the lady who made our sandwiches. She was very kind, patient, and made our sandwiches with love! Just excellent customer service! 10 stars for Kela!

Koby and Cameron were fantastic. Very professional especially when dealing with the crazed irate lady that was making everyone's day worse. Even though she was being rude and ugly to them they kept their composure and were nothing but champs and the food was phenomenal.
