Koby and Cameron were fantastic. Very professional especially when dealing with the crazed irate lady that was making everyone's day worse. Even though she was being rude and ugly to them they kept their composure and were nothing but champs and the food was phenomenal.

I've visited various tree lots over the years for my trees, the service always left a lot to be desired. Not Big John's, though!! This lot is located in the Cambridge Square shopping center. I took a chance, visiting later at night. They have Frasier, Douglas, and Scottish pine trees. At the front of the lot, you have wreaths and big red bows on display, as well. Danny was managing the lot solo and did an AMAZING JOB!!! He's so kind and helpful with the tree, and even attached the yes to the stand, while I was there - great for a single gal! I'll definitely look for them next year as well. *** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** Love love love their fresh sandwiches... Always fresh ingredients, and friendly staff.

We went in and ordered two giant subs. Kela was the lady who made our sandwiches. She was very kind, patient, and made our sandwiches with love! Just excellent customer service! 10 stars for Kela!

I love the franchise however this particular location has too many teenagers working here. They need a good lesson on food hygiene and cleanliness. One of the sandwich makers went outside for a moment to do God knows what and re-entered the restaurant without washing his hands. He wiped his snotty nose first and then put on a pair of gloves and proceeded to make another sandwich. I hate to know what else he did prior to me arriving to pick up my sandwiches. Disgusting. Employees should know better working in the food industry. It doesn't do any good to point out impertinences with young people because they do not understand and have not been taught any better at home. Behaviors like this should not go unnoticed.

Order from here quite a bit. I received my birthday shore points for my birthday. Went to pick up my favorite sub, the tuna with provolone cheese. No mayonnaise at all in the runa, none. Not worried about the bread, just the tuna itself. An oil and vinegar tuna would have been better had i known no mayonnaise would be in it. It was so dry, I could break off pieces. Not sure who made it, but that was a poor job.
The number #43 chipotle chicken philly is amazing. Large portions. Highly recommend

This is a shame to write.. I've been coming to this store for years. There used to be a young girl who was the manager and it was ran like a ship.. friendly staff, clean counters, and always welcoming. Well sadly that's changed, new management was probably the most non-friendly people I've meet in a jersey mikes, food prep area was a miss, and you really felt like they didn't want you in their store or to be working. I get we all have bad days, but as some one who's came here for years, I'll simply drive further to another location where I feel my business is wanted and food properly prepared.

I came in and ordered a Turkey and Cheese sub for the price of sandwich you would expect the bread to at least be fresh!!! The bread was so stale hard and disgusting it ruined the entire thing I wanted to bring it back and get my money back but I was working all day and was too tired !!! SHAME on YOU Jersey Mikes I'm from Jersey and y'all straight played me !!!!

Food is great but today (5/21/23) is the second time in the last month that we ordered via the app, got to the store to pick up our sandwiches and proceeded to wait over THIRTY MINUTES for our sandwiches. Either the app needs to update more accurate pick up times or the store needs to have a better process for juggling in-person orders with online orders. If you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes for your food, you're good. But if you expect to get your food within +/- 5 minutes of the posted time, save your frustration and go somewhere else.

I went to this location and one of the men preparing sandwiches cut a finger on one of the utensils. The manager and the rest of the crew just ignored the guy and then began to use the same work surface and utensils without any sanitation...and then looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they were going to sanitize. I left, the poor worker had to go to the Mexican restaurant for a band aide.
