Such nice people!
I visited this location last week and it is safe to say I had a fabulous experience. The young man, Tanner, who was working behind the counter welcomed me in and was extremely helpful, polite, and patient, considering I had a large to go order. He made me feel very comfortable and made it very easy for me. I will definitely be visiting again!
The food is great here! The service was good, but frustration was a little high during Sunday lunch time rush(understandably). The staff were almost overwhelmed with the number of people in line and online orders. They really needed more help and the process to handle people in the store vs online orders seemed clunky and poor. The staff kept things moving and were doing their best, but needed help.

Jersey Mike's Subs is known for its friendly and fast service, even during peak hours. The employees are skilled in preparing sandwiches and handling orders, with the grill and slicer being particularly notable. The young guy at the counter was super friendly and hard-working, working on multiple orders at the same time. While the store may seem tired to some, the sub was very good and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. At lunch time, it gets busier than ever, but all the employees work hard and fast, making the speed of orders truly impressive. Management is also available to assist with special requests, such as catering, and provide knowledgeable support.
