Employee was making sandwiches and ringing the register while wearing gloves. He never once took the gloves off while handling money. Not sanitary and defeats the purpose of wearing gloves.Please have a different person handle the money.There were 3 people working. If only 1 person take off the gloves when working the register.

Everyone was amazing and fast, even with a lot of customers! The grill and slicer were especially exceptional and nice, even under all the stress. Will definitely be coming back!

I picked up a sub for my mom. She has celiac and gets gluten free subs. There was no line but they did have a few to go/pick up orders. This man was slapping subs together subs like the line was a mile long. When he got to me I asked for a gluten free sub and he rolled his eyes and asked what other subs and I said that was the only one so he asked if it was an allergy or preference and I said allergy and he huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes again. Then, when he was making it he didn’t use the other counter for everything like they normally do. When he sliced the turkey, he didn’t even get all the turkey that he sliced. The man behind me was glad he got the extra though. I felt stressed just being there watching him. I apologized that he had to make my sandwich but then realized I shouldn’t be apologizing for that…. It was not a good experience and I’m not able to even give her the sandwich because of contamination.

Absolutely disgusting! We ordered several different types of sandwiches for a small get together. Nothing was labeled we didn't know what was what. Everything looked the same we couldn't tell the difference between the sandwiches. All the sandwiches had this disgusting Italian dressing on them making them gross and soggy. You couldn't even taste the meat at all. The bacon tasted old and burnt completely disappointed in this order. We never ordered from this place before so we decided to give them a try. Now we are stuck with all these sandwiches no one's wants. I'm so embarrassed.. everyone was grossed out with how overpowering the Italian dressing was. This doesn't seem right at all. Hell even the kids said the cookies tasted burnt! What a complete waste.

I had a last minute catering request and was very pleased with the help and knowledge Rob, a manager, gave me. I’ll remember to go back there next time Im needing to feed a group!

picked up a sub that I ordered online with the app on August 27th. The sandwich was great. The location was clean. The gentleman who fixed the sandwich was pleasant. Even though I arrived early I only waited about 2 minutes. I will be going back.
