Their website said that I could preorder my food and they would bring it out to my car. The confirmation email they sent me said the same thing. When I arrived at the time they told me to arrive I then found out that they weren’t going to bring it to my care. I had to get out and wait in line fir my food.

Just spoke with the rude general manager there. I had a missed call from the company. I called back and he was just the rudest ever. All I wanted to know was if the previous managers were still working there. If this is the representation of Honey Baked Ham. I feel sorry for Tucker store sales this year.
What a jerk he was....
