“I would ordinarily rate lower but for the most part the food is good and most of the ladies that work there are pleasant. I have only had to bring food back once because my order was wrong. No comp that time but another time I had to wait forever and received vouchers for free drinks for the inconvenience buuuut when I came back I was told the voucher wasn’t valid b/c it wasn’t signed. Mind you I was given 4 so I clearly didn’t steal them.

Anyway it’s the only location in the area so I still go because I prefer it to the larger competitor. My main gripe is when we ask for less ice it’s like pulling teeth to get the coffee / cold foam ratio right. Most ppl ask for less ice to have more drink or foam not just to have less ice. They apparently love ice here.

Imagine my surprise when I got home today to find how much I really had once the foam settled. Deep sigh.

All in all good food, decent coffee creations, nice people, and excellent ground coffee. Just don’t ask for light ice. 🤣“

“I’m a production assistant for the New York Mets, every time the Mets are in Atlanta I make a couple Starbucks runs, today as I was leaving another car came flying through the parking and I slammed in the brakes to avoid an accident the drinks spilled. The staff remade the order quickly and offered me some towels to help clean up the mess. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location and look forward to more Starbucks runs.
