“I've been working my way through the local donut spots. 5 stars for the best combination of taste and quality along with flavor options and variety.
Dunkin is a 1 star, maybe 2 if they're fresh. Grocery store is a 3. KK is a 4, too much greasy sugary, not enough dough. Local spots usually nail it.
Nice and fluffy with perfect toppings. Service was great too.“

“I ordered Uber Eats from Donuts and Ice Cream – Atlantic Station in Atlanta, and I was genuinely impressed with how good everything was.
I got the strawberry with sprinkles donut and the maple donut, and both were fresh, soft, and flavorful. The strawberry one had a really nice sweetness without being overpowering, and the sprinkles added a fun texture without making it too sugary. The maple donut was my favorite of the two it had that rich, warm maple flavor that actually tastes real, not artificial, and it paired perfectly with the soft dough.
Overall, I would rank this spot as a solid number 3 compared to other well-known donut places I’ve tried like The Salty Donut and Revolution Doughnuts. Those two are still in a higher tier for me in terms of consistency and unique flavor variety, but Donuts and Ice Cream holds its own surprisingly well.
In fact, I’d say it comfortably beats Sarah’s Donuts by a mile. The texture alone is better lighter, fresher, and less dense. Sarah’s tends to feel a bit more basic in comparison, while Donuts and Ice Cream actually gives you that “fresh bakery” experience even through delivery.
What stood out most is that even after delivery, the donuts didn’t feel stale or heavy. They still had that soft, almost melt-in-your-mouth quality, which is hard to maintain with Uber Eats orders.
If I had to summarize:

* ⭐ Freshness: Better than expected for delivery
* ⭐ Ranking: #3 overall in my personal donut list

“Tip Top Donuts absolutely lives up to its name. I picked up a mix of their bacon maple, pumpkin, jelly-filled, Boston cream, and cinnamon donuts, and every single one hit the mark.
The bacon maple was the perfect sweet-salty combo — crisp bacon over smooth maple icing that actually tastes like maple, not sugar syrup. The pumpkin donut had real flavor and spice, not that fake “pumpkin spice latte” vibe you get elsewhere. The jelly-filled was packed just right — not dry, not messy — and the Boston cream had that old-school custard that makes you remember why this donut even exists. The cinnamon roll was soft, buttery, and just the right amount of glaze.
Everything was fresh, the box still warm when I opened it, and the staff were quick and friendly. This place doesn’t need gimmicks — just solid, perfectly made donuts that speak for themselves. Five stars, easy.“

“Bought a 3 pack of these. Tiramisu, Strawberry, and cookies and cream. Perfect little pull part bites. The cookies and cream had a perfect hardened glaze with lightly crumbled cookie and a mini Oreo on top. The Tiramisu was my absolute favorite light powder on top with a wafer cookie, glaze was a bit creamier on that one and it was great. The helpful attendant said the Strawberry was their best seller. It’s tucked at the back of The Works so take the time to walk around and find this little gem.“

“So I finally had a chance to try Tim Hortons. I got two apple fritters and two honey dips. Maybe it was because of the humidity, but neither pastry had much glaze or frosting on them — they looked really plain and honestly weren’t very impressive.
The customer service was really good though, and there was plenty of parking since it’s located inside a gas station. They also offer a military discount, which I definitely appreciated.
Because of the service and discount, I’ll give it 4 stars instead of 3, but I can’t say I was impressed with the pastries.“

It’s in a food court that is rather upscale and clean!
The photo depicting this place as a standalone is incorrect.
This location has all of the K cups ( including pumpkin) , tea, but no frozen desserts and I also didn’t see any apparel or cups.
Order ahead on the app and it makes it much easier to just come pick up your order. Service was good. And of course Dunkin’ is always busy.“

“Visited on a rainy Friday morning with a two year old. We ordered a dinosaur “Creature Creation” made with Baskin Robbins Very Berry Strawberry which tastes like hand-churned ice cream with large frozen strawberries throughout. Staff pleasantly provided a sample first. This is a very clean, open restaurant that also serves Dunkin Donuts. Beautiful Christmas Tree, and some very nice, helpful young ladies. Great experience all around!“

“I want to say THANK YOU to Brandy at Dunkin at 980 E Piedmont! I called this morning to ask if they had jelly donut holes, and Brandy immediately asked, “Are they for Hanukkah, because they don’t have powdered sugar on them, but we can dip them if you’d like.” Demonstrating a knowledge of our holiday and traditions was an amazing gesture of inclusion, and it meant the world to me.
