“Absolutely the best Donuts ever. Their Strawberry Cheesecake Donut is nectar of Ambrosia. A day old Boston Cream is still better than a competitor’s same day fresh. They only add the filling after you make your selection from their variety of delicious flavors. I could go on….“

“The absolute very best melt in your mouth donuts you'll get in Cartersville or anywhere around. I don't eat donuts from anywhere but here because once you've had them nothing else compares. Customer service is always great. The people inside are always very nice. I've never had any problems going here“

“I just came from Agan’s Bakery after ordering a birthday treat for my brother in law. While I was there, gingerbread cookies came fresh out of the oven, so I decided to get a few of them. Holy sweet mother those were the best gingerbread cookies I’ve ever had. The whole experience with Ms. Agan, ordering, discussing her confections, it was all exceptional and I’m definitely going to continue going. 6/5 stars!“

“Fantastic donuts. Expect a line on the weekends and even sometimes on a week day. It's that good. Must try the regular sour cream and the blueberry fritter! Breakfast sandwiches are good, too, but the donuts are definitely the star.Update 5/2024: Twice recently I've been in at 7:30 on a Saturday, an hour after they open, and they have almost no donuts ready and available. A few cake donuts and fritters, nothing else. Not sold out, just not ready. They acted as if this is normal when questioned about it.“

“I work close by and frequently grab coffee from this location. While their coffees and food often never disappoint, I am tired of having to deal with their customer service when it comes to mobile orders. I’m not usually one to complain, however almost every single time I order online I’m waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5-15 mins for someone to turn their back and give me the opportunity to ask for my coffee (that I can see behind the counter?????). Totally understandable y’all have other things to do but the energy and service when it comes to mobile orders needs some work!“

“Visited on a rainy Friday morning with a two year old. We ordered a dinosaur “Creature Creation” made with Baskin Robbins Very Berry Strawberry which tastes like hand-churned ice cream with large frozen strawberries throughout. Staff pleasantly provided a sample first. This is a very clean, open restaurant that also serves Dunkin Donuts. Beautiful Christmas Tree, and some very nice, helpful young ladies. Great experience all around!“

“I have 2 young boys. After picking them up from school on Wednesdays my wife and I take them here to get them some donut holes and a couple of lattes for us. Sometimes we get some ice cream as well. We look forward to Wednesdays. The staff is great and remember our order so it's a smooth experience. See ya'll Wednesday!!!
Edit: Haven't been here in a while. The place has had a makeover, no more ice-cream ?. Different staff but still great service. Will definitely be back soon.“
