Always good. Would come by more often but this place is so popular i cant get through lines in time bf work.
I was here this past weekend and I got excellent service despite a small wait and it being very busy. There was this girl with piercings on both her nostrils that helped me and had excellent manners. The regulars seemed to be very understanding of the rush and had patience so that also showed it was a good place. The other girls were also doing great. Everything tasted good and if someone was waiting, the staff did a good job noticing and helping with good manners.
This Dunkin had prompt service. I got the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Iced Coffee (twice) it is so yummy. Tastes a bit like a Neapolitan ice cream. Huge fan!

Dunkin' on Rosewell Rd, near Fairgrounds, is a popular spot known for its customized cold matcha lattes and attentive staff who remember customer preferences. The drive-thru service is speedy, although customer service could be improved. The coffee is generally recognized as hot and fresh. However, the quality of food varies, with some customers praising the sandwiches while others find them sloppily made and not enjoyable. While cold brews have received mixed reviews, the drinks are often described as amazing, and the friendly staff create a positive environment. Families enjoy visiting this Dunkin', with some looking forward to their weekly trips for donut holes and lattes. Despite some changes, including a makeover and different staff, the location maintains a loyal customer base who appreciate the friendly service and convenient location.
