Went here during morning rush hour, drive thru was backed up, so went inside. It was about 7 ladies inside and each one was too busy to greet, smile or engage. Couldn't understand with all the help why they were still so slow to pour coffee into a cup and put donuts in a bag! Should've gone to Chic-fil-A! At least I would've gotten a greeting with a smile while I waited!!
Overall, my experience was ok. The drive thru was super fast, although the person at the window could have used some customer service training. (I do understand a bit though, as I didn't want to be awake at 7 am heading into work either!) My coffee was hot and fresh but my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was thrown together quite sloppily. I ended up throwing half of it away because it just didn't taste very good.

The menu in the drive thru should list the types of donuts they have. The order taker had me wait when I asked what kinds they have and then listed them off too quickly for me to make a selection. I went inside instead. I was greeted by another employee. The order taker charged me, but the other employee helped get me my dozen.
