Iced coffee was delicious, service was excellent- the staff was super friendly and helpful. Went there for a 2 person casual business meeting- the music was too loud, but it was still quieter than Starbucks. Highly recommend and we probably could have requested the young workers turn the music down a notch, but we worked through it. Definitely will go back there.
Consistently positive experience. I go through the drive thru at least once a week. Service is always upbeat. Employees always seem to have a sense of urgency. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the same employee twice, but every one of them has done well. Kudos to the management. So far they’ve always had what I wanted, and made it quickly and correctly. Great job!

Many customers love visiting regularly, especially during the later shifts when their drinks and food are consistently the best. The inside is always clean, and the patio provides a nice place to hang out or do homework. However, there have been some issues with customer service, such as handling complaints about donuts not being filled or not being cut properly during busy hours.
