“I was driving by and saw a worker running an order out across the street to a car at the red light that had pulled out and didn’t have their entire order. Literally ran through the parking lot, across the road. Sometimes driving away and realizing when it’s too late you don’t have something you ordered can ruin your day, so I thought that was really cool of that guy. Felt like that deserved a good review :)“

“This is quite some distance from my home but I had a business appointment nearby in Acworth. How nice to find a Krispy Kreme that actually puts custard in the Chocolate Iced Custard filled.
Place is so clean and staff was super friendly and efficient.“

“by far the worst night mamager ever. she is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Dunkin down the street in either direction is far better.“

“This is a great donut shop. The personnel are always cheerful and helpful. The blueberry fritters are out of this world and the sausage egg and cheese croissants are to die for!!“

“I purchase donuts here for my family and my office. They make the best donuts I have ever had. You will never buy donuts at Dunkin or Krispy Kreme after you have these. They are amazingly fresh and soft. They have so many choices of fillings (raspberry, lemon, multiple creams) and they generously fill them when you order. Their cinnamon buns and teas are great also. Loved by children and adults!“

“Paula was outstanding. She overheard my girls didn’t like their drinks and immediately offered to make them something else without us even asking. She was attentive, proactive, and clearly cared about every guest’s experience. Excellent service—thank you, Paula!“

“I want to say THANK YOU to Brandy at Dunkin at 980 E Piedmont! I called this morning to ask if they had jelly donut holes, and Brandy immediately asked, “Are they for Hanukkah, because they don’t have powdered sugar on them, but we can dip them if you’d like.” Demonstrating a knowledge of our holiday and traditions was an amazing gesture of inclusion, and it meant the world to me. She set aside my pre-order, and when I arrived to pick it up, she greeted me with a smile as beautiful as her spirit. Thank you so much!!!“

“This dunkin has been my saving grace as a hospital employee. The donuts are always fresh no matter what time of day. I will drive an extra 20 min to this dunkin because I know their quality doesn't compare to the ones near me! Thank you and shout out to the night shift employees who work hard overnight to get mobile orders done for all the first responders :)“

“Iced coffee was delicious, service was excellent- the staff was super friendly and helpful. Went there for a 2 person casual business meeting- the music was too loud, but it was still quieter than Starbucks. Highly recommend and we probably could have requested the young workers turn the music down a notch, but we worked through it. Definitely will go back there.“

“Your good looking, professional and friendly employee Jordan was exceptionally kind to me yesterday June 4th 2026 in the drive thru. He should be training. I actually left Burger King across the street because of the attitude and horrible customer service onset that I left that business and decided to go to DD and I am so happy I did. Customer service makes all the difference!!! Thank you!“
