2/4/24 - Today while visiting Dunkin’ Donuts I was greeted my Makayla who was sweet she took my order which was correct but while waiting for my muffin and coffee the young lady who warm/ burnt my muffing was rude. There was an African American Manager there on duty who was rude as well. She played around on her phone the Entire time I waited. I went drive thru as I usually do and I ordered for my seven year old a strawberry coolata and Donuts. We also ordered three orders of hashbrowns and I specifically stated I would like the hashbrowns very crispy Firm to the touch. I check the bag and of course MUSHY. I hand the bag back and ask that they run them again. A woman whom I can only assume was management stated the formula was changed and that the hashbrowns would not become any crisper. We enjoy the Dunkin' Donut drinks (refresher & iced coffee drinks) as well as sometimes their food (avocado toast for example) This is our favorite Dunkin' Donuts! It happens to be closest to us, however, the people there are amazing! The service is phenomenal & at this point, It would be odd to not start our day off through the drive to the Dunkin' Donuts!
