This is the first McDonald's I've been to in years we're the food I got was cooked perfectly and the wait time was short thanks to the mobile. This may have become my go to McDonald's location.
I came in to McDonald’s with the girl I babysit because she loves it. I was greeted by a nice man named Jay who helped her decide which drink she wanted and helped out with getting a new toy! Overall the best experience I’ve ever had a McDonald’s!!
Good food but give me napkins and one piece of chicken nugget bro. Kid crying cuz he wanted a 4 piece a and got a 3 piece. Been comin here for 6 years and only got napkins like 4 times. Plus don’t make me pay for the sauces if you aren’t gonna give them to me when I go order them. I shouldn’t have to ask for more when I ordered the amount I wanted… don’t charge me for it if I’m not gonna get it. Other than that great customer service and great food. This McDonald's location off of Sandy Plains and Post Oak Tritt Road is highly recommended for its amazing bacon quarter pounder meal. The crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and perfectly placed onions made the meal unforgettable. The atmosphere is welcoming and happy, making customers feel at home. Recently, the evening staff has improved significantly, providing quick service in the drive-thru with a friendly demeanor. Even though there have been concerns in the past regarding long wait times and rude service, many customers have noted a positive change in staff attitude. Some issues remain, such as customers misusing the wheelchair accessible parking spots at the front door. While there is a desire for healthier alternatives to french fries, the current fries are hot, salty, and enjoyable. Overall, this McDonald's stands out for its delicious food and friendly environment, especially with the recent turnaround in service.
