Took my grandson here for some hot chocolate and a donut. He loved it! However, the staff was overloaded with customers, drive-thru orders and online orders, that they couldn't keep up. Waited at least 30 minutes for hot chocolate and coffee. Still my grandson lived his hot chocolate and donut. Overall I would do it all again just to see his smile. Just plan on waiting. It was a Saturday morning around 9:30.
