This location has been short staffed for a while, sometimes they are simply unable to open the dining room. Despite these challenges, they are always fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone on shift today deserves a Yay Yall! #bestMcD’s/CherokeeCounty
Very quiet which I appreciate and all the workers we interacted with were very kind but they didn't give us 1/3 of our order. The front drink machines were also out of ice so everyone had to go to the counter.
this mcdonalds has the best fries EVER in canton everytime i go they are perfectly salty and crispy

The McDonald's restaurant offers a diverse menu with crisp chicken and delicious fries. The ambiance is described as exciting, fun, and happy, creating a pleasant dining experience. However, some customers have experienced long wait times to get their cups, and they feel that the management could be more attentive to customer needs. The staff is praised for their kindness and positive attitude, which can make a significant difference in the customer's experience. The restaurant is conveniently located and provides a normal, calm environment with standard food. Overall, it is a great option for those who are hungry and seeking a satisfactory dining experience.
