This location has been short staffed for a while, sometimes they are simply unable to open the dining room. Despite these challenges, they are always fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone on shift today deserves a Yay Yall! #bestMcD’s/CherokeeCounty
This store has some serious issues, I can only blame management whether it’s in the store or the general manager of the store. This store has the worst service at the drive though more than any other restaurant in Canton, they say it’s because they are short staffed but if that’s the case who’s hiring the employees and are they qualified to hire the right person to work at their store. The fries were great, but the employees made the experience even better. One employee in particular, Charisma, was super kind and helpful. They were having an issue with the water, and she went out of her way to give me a bottled water for free instead. She seems like she may be newer, but she was very friendly, attentive, and handled everything really well. Definitely deserves some recognition. Great food and great employees!
