We went to another dunkin and it was so bad so we came to this one and they fixed it and it's amazing. Bless them and all they do!
Katrina was awesome and very patient with us. She showed excellent customer service and the experience was incredibly enjoyable through and through.
I was driving by and saw a worker running an order out across the street to a car at the red light that had pulled out and didn’t have their entire order. Literally ran through the parking lot, across the road. Sometimes driving away and realizing when it’s too late you don’t have something you ordered can ruin your day, so I thought that was really cool of that guy. Felt like that deserved a good review :)
