These girls need help and they need to learn customer service and how to take orders and care! I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks but this was the 1st! The girl charged me for 2 drinks when I only ordered 1 ??♀️ bad service!!!
My wife went to get a coffee this morning. There were two employees present, behind the counter. They were about one yard away from my wife. They were having a conversation and ignoring my wife. My wife was the only person in line/the only customer. She waited for them to acknowledge her and come to get her order. They ignored my wife. After about 7 minutes, she left and went to Dunkin.The service at this Starbucks is pathetic. Dunkin was good.
