My order was mess up by Door dash and the facility offer replacement with no cost and they call me that replacement is ready too for pick up. I don't usually write a review, but experience with this Arby's has been superb.“

“Big fan of this chain but it often has slow service and sloppy food prep.

In this case I was very pleased to be met with happy staff, fast service, and the most fresh and well made meal I've had from this chain in multiple states.

Had three people go to the window, was met quickly, with smiles, and polite conversation. Food was done and hot, no mix ups, and even the staff handing out the second window was polite and friendly.

Great experience and will be back.“

“Nearly every time I go to Martin's I order the Large Milk Gravy and Steak over a large Biscuit.

The biscuits are good enough to eat alone but add the steak and gravy and you have the best breakfast around. LOL, I have also gotten it for lunch and dinner.“

My order was processed fast, and Sierra H, who I believe took my order, was very kind. I know it's hard in a Covid-19 world, but the ability to be kind and cordial while working at a fast food chain is outstanding. “Absolutely amazing experience at this Subway location off Jimmy Lee and Hiram! The customer service has been fantastic every time, and they are always fast and efficient. I especially loved the footlong BOGO deal — with how expensive everything is these days, it has been such a huge help for me and my family with three kids. It’s helped us save some extra money while still enjoying a great meal. Even though I did pickup, I had the chance to go in, chat with the staff, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Great food, great service, and great value. I definitely recommend this location!“
