“I am given them 5/5 stars. I was there twice in 2 days. Their services has been superb compare to other fast food joints. My order was mess up by Door dash and the facility offer replacement with no cost and they call me that replacement is ready too for pick up. I don't usually write a review, but experience with this Arby's has been superb.“

“Lately, the fast food experience has been discouraging, but today at Checkers in Hiram, it was good. Checkers fries are the best, but the friendly service was great today as well. The young lady at the window was pleasant with her greeting and assistance. The food was well prepared and quickly ready for pick up. Ordered the burger flatbread. It was full of ingredients and tasted delicious. Thank you for doing your jobs well.“

“Absolutely amazing experience at this Subway location off Jimmy Lee and Hiram! The customer service has been fantastic every time, and they are always fast and efficient. I especially loved the footlong BOGO deal — with how expensive everything is these days, it has been such a huge help for me and my family with three kids. It’s helped us save some extra money while still enjoying a great meal. Even though I did pickup, I had the chance to go in, chat with the staff, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
