I had an unexpected car issue on the road across from Taco Bell on Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway in Hiram, GA, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Their hospitality really stood out to me during a stressful situation.
They showed genuine concern, patience, and kindness when I needed it. It’s not every day you come across people who take the time to make sure someone is okay.

The past few times I've ordered a #1 the chicken supreme chalupas has been too hard to eat. Like you can tap on it and it's like tapping on a table top or hard plastic. Today I asked if I could get one, but to please make sure it's soft or fresh and was told they aren't making any soft ones today. I just wanted my food to be eatable.
