“I’ve been to this Captain Ds for many years. 9/10 times, the food is great and the wait is quick. Every now and then, the food isn’t as good and the line takes a bit longer, but I’d say it’s a solid Captain Ds overall. I’ve never had bad service there, and the cashiers have always been kind, quick, and patient.“

“I'm not sure what's happened to this location as well as others, franchise or corporate y'all have got to do better, I waited almost 15 minutes this morning for a steak and cheese biscuit. don't give me understaffed crap, there was a dozen people back there. do better based solely on the condition of the interior and the exterior of the building, I can tell the owner just does not care anymore. it's nasty“

“12/08/24 Ordered on line. Order billed to credit card and shows as pending. Burger King sends me a receipt. When to drive thru, no order ! Cashier says get out of line. Call credit card company to dispute charge. Call store to speak with manager, no help. Ask to speak to owner told he would not be in until next day, ask to leave my name number so they could call me back, he said no and hung up.“

“I recommend them, but I ALSO strongly recommend that you check your order before leaving the drive thru. They shorted me a spicy chicken sandwich and I didn’t get a receipt from drive thru. I call after I got home and discovered the missing sandwich. They asked for the last 4 digits of the card I paid with in order to look it up. I told them I would produce the card when I came back in the store to pick up my sandwich. They also forgot the roasted red peppers for the side salad I ordered. They are not living up to CFA’s standards tonight! Check before you leave and you won’t have this problem. I learned my lesson!!“
