“Ugh, I'm so bummed! This place was the worst I've ever seen! McDonald's used to be awful, but they've actually gotten better than Chick-fil-A, which is sad. Not a single table was clean. The doors were covered in fingerprints. It was so gross. The toilets in the bathroom weren't even flushing. They just renovated this place, too? Don't they have enough staff to clean? Sweep? Wipe tables? It's not that hard. Seriously disappointed.“

“My wife and I try and go out for breakfast on Saturdays. We go to different places. When it's Burger King's turn we have a choice of Rome or Rockmart. We live in between the 2. Rockmart always wins because of the young lady at the counter. She remembers us and is such an outgoing person. She could definitely teach some people on customer service, she goes above and beyond what is asked of her.“
