The food and employees are wonderful. The automated computer system is HORRIBLE. The first thing, the computer, not the people got my order wrong. When I tried to change the computer it became more obnoxious. I would rather a human have a job then deal with a stubborn, obnoxious computer. Please get rid of this system.

Bojangles is a restaurant that offers freshly cooked food, though the dining room and condiment availability may not always be up to par. The parking lot and drive-thru setup are convenient, and the staff are generally described as friendly and wonderful. The food was wonderful and tasted fresh. The service was nice and great. This place was packed inside and in the drive-thru, but they were getting the orders done and looked like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was super nice. However, the overall quality and temperature of the food and cleanliness of the establishment can be inconsistent, with concerns about birds inside.
