“I went in to pickup a customers order for DD, the employee said they did not have the order. Meanwhile there were 6 other customers waiting 3 employees were outside smoking with the manager. SMH, this is a constant, not a one time occurrence. No wonder they couldn't find my order and customers were waiting.“
